Support My Efforts for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

This Spring, The Madison has split into four teams to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Race for the Cure. We are each aiming to raise $500 and then we will be walking all together on June 7th. So many of the strongest women I know have battled breast cancer. They are the heroes of my every day life- like my grandmother Ethel Kennedy, my aunt Yvonne Michel, and good family friends Bonnie Savage and Francine Bion. In an era where it seems everyday there is tragic news of yet another loved one being affected by a detectable cancer, I hope each and everyone one of you feels compelled to walk for a cure.
