The former Nigerian Embassy on 33rd and M is set for conversion into a 1Hotel which will be environmentally friendly right in the heart of Georgetown. The hotel will contain 182 guest rooms with 9 suites, a signature restaurant with a bar and private dining room, organic day spa and rejuvenating fitness center as well as a glorious rooftop lounge with its entirety being inspired by nature. A big change from the former Nigerian Embassy which is not too pretty right now...
