Spurring from my work with Fashion Fights Poverty, I am always looking for new designers and retailers who focus on sustainable and ethical fashion. While perusing the web this afternoon I came across Fashion Ethic.
Founded by fellow fashionista Candice Caldwell in 2007, Fashion Ethic brings functional and ethical clothing made by inspired designers to the web in a boutique-like setting. The site is super easy to navigate and has a lot of really awesome pieces. My favorite was "The Spell" V-neck Tunic by Sustainable. $96 gets you an amazing piece that can be worn in the summer as a free flowing sundress, or in winter over a turtleneck and leggings. Added bonus: You're helping the environment one fashionable purchase at a time!
