Valentine's Day for the Single One

Ah yes, the Hallmark-created holiday has come again, painting D.C. in red, pink, and purple hearts with those walking on clouds they are so happy, and others sobbing in pillows.

No fret, any bachelor or bachelorette celebrating their singledom this year has more than enough choices to black out and make that Valentine's across the bar look a little more enticing.

Smith Point is hosting a "Annonymous Love" party where patrons can dedicate songs to friends and future loved ones, send shots to existing or new couples, and dance the night away on the SPDF courtesy of LNS. $20 open bar from 9-11:30.

The Gryphon room will be toasting tonight to all of those who have forgotten about Mr. Right and are looking for Mr. Right Now. Kicking off at 9, the place is sure to be packed. Who knows, maybe that "now" part will just fall away sometime...

Play, Lotus, and Josephine's are hosting events as well, providing all too many options for those who missed out on reservations at Citronelle.

Happy Valentine's Day!
