Although I have always been a fan of Welch's Grape Juice, they may have taken things too far. Scratch & sniff ads are so passé apparently, now the creators of Welch's advertising group are communicating with a different sense- taste. As brilliant as this may sound in theory- let them taste the product before they purchase- I cannot wipe the cringe off my face when I think of the germfest laden on some Welch's People magazine advertisement (due out this month) in a doctor's office with sick kids licking the page. Disgusting. Creative idea, poor execution.
